Legal Counsel (Min 3-5 PQE)

We are partnering with an international B2B manufacturing business to hire a Singapore-qualified lawyer with at least 3–5 years PQE for its legal team.

This is a hands-on role that combines corporate and commercial contracting with close business partnering. The remit primarily covers Singapore, with potential exposure to Southeast Asia depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, agency and distribution agreements.
• Provide practical legal advice to business stakeholders and support negotiations with key customers.
• Advise on contractual matters involving customer and distributor relationships.
• Work with regional and group legal colleagues to support evolving business priorities.

Qualifications

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with minimum 3–5 years post-qualification experience.
• Relevant corporate and commercial experience, with strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Sound commercial judgement and confidence working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Adaptability and comfort managing an evolving scope.
• In-house legal experience within a B2B environment would be advantageous.
