Qualifications

Graduate of a Bachelor of Laws and a Bar Passer
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field in the same capacity
Strong research, time management, and problem-solving skills
Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to legal challenges
Highly independent, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced legal tech environment

Duties And Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, regulations, and legal articles
Draft contracts, pleadings, memoranda, legal opinions, and other legal documents
Assist in preparing trial and hearing materials such as motions, briefs, affidavits, and demand letters/correspondence
Help manage client files and maintain accurate records
Attend hearings, depositions, or settlement conferences
Ensure clients comply with applicable laws and regulations
