About The Job
The primary responsibility is to collect the debt through filing a civil case particular for Collections of Sum of Money (Small Claims Case) in 1st level court.
What You'll Do
- Develop relationship with courts and other government agencies
- Prepare data files for courts
- Sending demand letter via personal service
- Assist court's personnel in the service of summons/decisions
- Personal service of the alias summons
- Gather evidence or attachments for filing collection cases
- File for the company collection cases before the Small Claims Court
- Participate in the trial (attend initial hearings and motion for executions)
- Manage execution process
What You Need To Have
- At least 3-years work experience in law offices or in banking / finance sector
- Experience with: Small claim debt process (data file preparation, trial participation, knows courts practice)
- Execution process (knows the practice)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized
