Job Description

The role monitors and maintains production systems on best operable level to ensure that campaign efficiency, team performance and established business goals by our Early Collections are met.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a team of Legal Operations and managing of legal data and reports
  • Direct coordination with Analytics in ensuring process, data, and report optimization.
  • Coordinate with Legal Support Operation to ensure seamless case preparation, distribution, filing and archiving.
  • Review and Analyze KPI to determine needed intervention that would ensure attainment of monthly target of the team.
  • Review ongoing cases and advice Legal Collections Management, accordingly.
  • Review the Statement of Claims and attachments, ensure compliance with Court requirements and timely provide information pertaining to Court Decisions on filed documents.
  • Provide and interpret legal information, conduct training, and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to team and relevant streams.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching, and performance review on his assigned Legal Supervisor.
  • Monitoring progress and cash collections of Legal Collection Specialists
  • Monitoring Legal Activities in Court and daily tasks
  • Planning and Monitoring Filed Case progress and timely informing management of any information posing risk to Legal Collections operations
  • Reviewing Legal Collections Report and other relevant tools used by Legal Collections and ensure issues are timely raised and addressed.
  • Supervising and organizing operations of Legal Collections Team in the way ensuring optimal delivery on given targets and objectives.
  • Hiring (quality and on time) as well as realizing employees if needed.
  • Ensure continued cooperation and coordination with Court.

What You Need to Have:

  • 3-years work experience in data and reports managements, law offices or in banking / finance sector and exhibiting good orientation on the specified experience
  • Experience with: Data and reports management, Mass processes operations, Small claim debt process (data file preparation, trial participation, knows courts practice), Execution process (knows the practice), and Chattel mortgage process (collateral registration, foreclosure)
  • Must be amenable doing field work/court visit if needed
