In this role, youll guide clients through their legal journey coordinating case progression, preparing documentation, and ensuring an outstanding client experience from start to finish. Strong English communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely updates through phone and email.
- Guide clients through each stage of their case, explaining processes clearly and maintaining strong communication.
- Conduct case reviews to ensure eligibility and confirm that all necessary information and documentation have been obtained.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring that all client information and legal documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Coordinate appointments, legal deadlines, and follow-ups to move cases forward efficiently.
- Draft, prepare, and assist in filing legal documents to support attorneys and streamline case handling.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building trust, addressing concerns, and maintaining client satisfaction throughout the legal process.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level), both verbal and written.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, demonstrating excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role in a U.S Law Firm or U.S company.
- Previous experience specifically in Lemon Law or related legal case management is a huge plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently from a home office, with a stable and fast internet connection and a quiet, professional environment.
- Legal industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must own a laptop or desktop computer (minimum specifications: 8GB RAM, Core i5 or higher) and have an internet speed of at least 10 Mbps.
- Must be available to work during U.S. business hours.
- Filevine experience is a plus

- Hourly pay between USD $4 - $5, depending on skills and experience, for a full-time 40-hour workweek.
