THE ROLE
The Legal Case Manager owns client cases end-to-end. You keep files moving from intake to resolution, drafting formal correspondence, compiling evidence packets, managing deadlines, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between regulators, clients, and internal workflows.
You need to be comfortable reading a contract, a financial document, and a government resolution in the same afternoon and turning all three into a clean, defensible submission.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage a portfolio of active cases from intake to resolution, keeping each file audit-ready at all times
- Draft formal correspondence and submissions on behalf of clients
- Compile and quality-check evidence packets — flagging discrepancies before they become problems
- Track procedural deadlines and escalate anything at risk of lapsing
- Communicate directly with clients in clear English, translating dense legal/administrative language into actionable next steps
- Coordinate with internal colleagues and authorized signatories on workflow handoffs
WHAT YOU BRING
- Active license or qualification as a lawyer or paralegal, OR 3+ years of hands-on legal case management experience
- Proven track record handling cases end-to-end; you've owned files, not just assisted on them
- Strong formal written English; you write to be understood the first time
- Comfort with financial and legal documents
- Organized by default: deadlines don't slip, files don't get lost
- Discreet with sensitive client information (passports, financials, family records)
