Job Description

As a Legal Assistant (Personal Injury), you will manage client intake, coordinate documentation, and support case progression to ensure timely communication and efficient workflows. You'll work closely with attorneys, clients, and third parties to keep cases organized and moving forward.

Employment type: Full time

Shift: Night shift, 08:00 PM - 05:00 AM PHT, Consecutive Off

Work setup: Onsite, Makati

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in legal support roles, with direct personal injury experience required
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based personal injury cases preferred
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling direct client communication
  • Experience with legal or case management systems (e.g., Clio, Filevine, MyCase) is a plus

Your Daily Tasks

  • Handle new client intake, including initial communication and information gathering
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients to maintain consistent communication
  • Request and track medical records, police reports, liens, and other documentation
  • Maintain and update case files within the firm's system
  • Assist with drafting basic documents and organizing case materials
  • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
  • Ensure all case-related tasks are progressing and properly documented
