What You'll Do
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Legal Team, including document preparation, filing, printing, scanning, and records management.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring accurate storage, tracking, retrieval, and safekeeping of legal documents.
- Coordinate the routing of documents for review, approval, signature, submission, and distribution across departments.
- Assist in the notarization process by maintaining notarial records, tracking notarized documents, and preparing related reports.
- Prepare and update document logs, trackers, inventories, and administrative reports for the Legal Department.
- Manage office and pantry supplies, monitor inventory levels, and support day-to-day administrative requirements.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of shared office spaces, meeting rooms, and pantry areas while supporting other tasks assigned by the Legal Team.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Graduate of Office Administration, Legal Management, Political Science, Public Administration, or a related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; minimum of 1 year experience in a general practice law firm is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
