We are seeking a Paralegal / Legal Assistant to support corporate, legal, regulatory, and project development activities as part of our multidisciplinary team.

Location: Cebu City / General Santos City (Remote)
Experience: 2–3 years
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Philippine corporate law, corporate governance, and contract drafting and review.
- Familiarity with Philippine energy regulations, permitting, and regulatory agencies such as DOE and ERC is strongly preferred.
- Experience with corporate filings, SEC submissions, board resolutions, and compliance documentation.
- Strong legal research, writing, document review, and redlining skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to track deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- International legal research experience is an advantage.
- Proactive, discreet, collaborative, and able to work effectively with lawyers, management, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, redline, organize, and maintain legal documents, contracts, and corporate records.
- Conduct legal research on Philippine corporate, energy, regulatory, and international matters.
- Prepare and manage corporate filings, board resolutions, and compliance documentation.
- Track corporate and regulatory deadlines, permits, and compliance requirements.
- Support contract administration and corporate governance activities.
- Coordinate with lawyers, management, consultants, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and organizational support across multidisciplinary project teams.
