Assist in the preparation, routing for execution of contracts and other legal documents assigned from time to time
Assist in the preparation, routing for execution, and filing of corporate documents
Administer and maintain the database and trackers of legal documents and ensure document organization
Collaborate with other departments, both local and regional, and external parties in connection with the above tasks where necessary
Assist in administrative work in connection with monitoring legal-related budget (e.g. invoicing, statement of account, handling of billing with respect to notarial service provider account)
Assist in liaising with regulatory authorities, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Insurance Commission
Other related tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements
At least 2 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department of a conglomerate or multinational company
Background in contract management and corporate documents filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Insurance Commission, the National Privacy Commission, and the Anti-Money Laundering Commission is a plus
Sound judgment and able to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information
Meticulous, organized, good time management skills, and committed to delivering high-quality work
Able to manage a large amount of paperwork, multitask, and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, Adobe Reader, Zoom, and related technology tools
