About The Role
The Legal Assistant is primarily responsible for handling the documentation and requirements of clients who avail of Loft's business services.
What You'll Do
- Ensure projects remain within scope and timeline
- Report the progress of projects to the client success team on a regular basis
- Assist in tracking project issues and drive their resolution
- Log and update project status via Asana
- Proactively make suggestions to the team on how to improve current process
- Must maintain excellent relationship with partners and stakeholders (i.e. government offices, banks, and others)
- Request budget needed and manage the liquidation on a timely basis
- Ensure successful turnover of documents to clients and/or the client success team
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in project management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced work environment
- Goal-driven and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willing to work with a team
- Asana knowledge is a strong plus
- Willing to work in our Quezon City office
