What You'll Do:
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as contracts, agreements, amendments, and addenda, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage legal operations and contract matters, including assisting in partner/vendor negotiations and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with local regulations.
- Provide legal support to various departments on projects, policies, SOPs, and business processes requiring legal input.
- Conduct legal research and due diligence for contracts, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate actions, while maintaining updated company and subsidiary legal records.
- Support dispute management by assisting in legal claims, liaising with external counsel or regulators when necessary, and handling all confidential information with integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university.
- Has 2 to 5 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, corporate law, compliance, and commercial contracts; FMCG industry background is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Team player with a proactive attitude, eager to learn, and equipped with strong knowledge of contract law and corporate compliance.
- Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City.
