Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Administrative Assistant located in Quezon City at the Office of the Ombudsman - Philippines. The Legal Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks, including preparing and maintaining legal documents, managing schedules, organizing case files, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. The role also involves assisting in legal research, coordinating communication, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the office. The individual will report directly to the Assistant Ombudsman and be part of their immediate team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in tasks related to Legal Document Preparation and basic knowledge of Law.
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Paralegals/those with Paralegal experience are highly preferred.
