The Role

We're looking for a dynamic, adaptable Legal Administrative Assistant with strong emotional intelligence and clear growth potential to support our legal team in Quezon City. This is a co-terminous position within the Office of the Ombudsman proper. You'll prepare legal documents, organize and maintain case files, manage schedules, and provide day-to-day administrative support, while serving as a key point of contact between the legal team and internal and external stakeholders. The role reports directly to the Assistant Ombudsman, offering close exposure to high-level legal and administrative operations within a constitutional body.

Compensation

  • Gross monthly salary: Php 31,705.00
  • Guaranteed net monthly allowance: Php 20,000.00
  • Total monthly package: approximately Php 51,705.00 (before deductions on the gross salary portion)

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence
  • Organize, maintain, and track case files and legal records
  • Manage schedules and calendars for the legal team
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate documentation and filing compliance

Note: As a co-terminous position, tenure is tied to the term of the appointing authority.
