Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on different benefits, provide reporting and guidance to employees and other departments.
  • Ensure leave of absence policies are administered.
  • Manage leave- and claim-related inquiries, leave of absence approvals, denials, and return to work.
  • Collaborate with managers, Human Resources, and Labor Relations
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee PHI and HIPAA.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration/human resources or any related course
  • With 2-3 years of professional experience in US Leave of Absence administration.
  • Must be knowledgeable in FMLA, ADA, USERRA, HIPAA, US federal and state employment laws and benefits, PeopleSoft HRMS or similar HR systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Employment Type: Contract/Project-based; 6 months initial duration but subject for extension or absorption depends on business needs.
  • Work Schedule: Night Shift (10PM- 7AM) but must be open to work on shifting when needed.
  • Work Set-up: 100% onsite (but might consider temporary hybrid depends on our current economic situation)
  • Location: BGC, Taguig
  • CAN START ASAP or at least 15 DAYS NOTICE
