Leather Cobbler to join our team, specializing in the repair, restoration, and maintenance of high-quality footwear. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in
leather craftsmanship, from traditional hand-stitching to modern machinery operation. You will be responsible for providing precision repairssuch as resoling, heel replacement, and leather dyeingwhile ensuring every pair of shoes leaves the shop in peak structural and aesthetic condition.
What Are Your Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform full-service repairs including resoling, stretching, and heel rebuilding.
- Execute professional leather restoration, including deep cleaning, dyeing, and scuff repair.
- Operate industrial sewing and buffing machines with high precision.
- Assess material types to determine the best adhesives and treatment methods.
- Provide expert advice to clients on leather care and maintenance.
What Are We Looking For
- With at least 5 years of experience as a Leather or Shoe Cobbler.
- Capable in multitasking and time management.
- Willing to be assign on-site in Greenwoods Cainta.
- Willing to be on a 6-day work week schedule.
