Leasing Supervisor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: College Graduate/ Bachelors Degree in Business Management or Marketing or Accounting

Related Work Experience: Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in leasing industry.

Knowledge (knowledgeable in the following): Knowledgeable in real estate laws and regulations, permits and compliances, contracts management, MS Office.

Skills: Organizational Skills; Attention to details; Ability to multi-task effectively; Effective written and verbal communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leasing management including coordinating with prospective tenants and building occupants.

2. Keep and maintain leasing records.

3. Ensure high collection efficiency of rental payments.

4. Develop and implement marketing plans to attract tenants.

5. Build and maintain positive relationship with tenants

6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
