Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Airbnb operations, hotel operations, reservations, or property management.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online booking platforms.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, or similar OTA platforms is preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Leasing Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of short-term rental units to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage reservations, bookings, cancellations, and guest inquiries through Airbnb and other online travel platforms (OTAs).
- Coordinate guest check-in and check-out, provide pre-arrival information, and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Oversee unit readiness by coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, and inventory of supplies and amenities.
- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Maintain and optimize online property listings by updating content, responding to guest reviews, and improving listing performance.
- Prepare operational reports, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction, and maintenance updates.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Property Management, Finance, and the Leasing Department to ensure smooth operations and deliver an excellent guest experience.
