About The Role
Sales Rain is looking for a Real-Estate/Seat-Leasing Assistant (Office-Based) to support our Sales Manager in prospecting, client engagement, and documentation. This role is best suited for someone with exceptional English communication skills who wants to build a career in sales and client relations within the BPO office leasing industry.
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal English communication skills
- Experience in sales, client relations, or account management preferred but not required
- Background in real estate selling or leasing is an advantage but not required
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and email communication tools
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in contacting prospects via emails, phone calls, and messages
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and ocular visits with potential clients
- Prepare sales documents and draft agreements
- Maintain accurate records of communications and client interactions
- Support client engagement, follow-ups, and other sales-related tasks
