Duties and Responsibilities:
- Market available mall spaces and actively source prospective tenants
- Conduct site inspections, meetings, and negotiations with potential lessees
- Monitor tenant compliance with lease agreements, house rules, and mall policies
- Assist in developing and maintaining an ideal tenant mix aligned with mall positioning
- Prepare regular leasing reports, updates, and forecasts for management
- Build and maintain good working relationships with tenants to support retention and renewal
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or any related course
- With 23 years of relevant experience in leasing, real estate, or mall operations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledgeable in lease contracts, rental structures, and tenant mix strategies
- Able to work independently and handle multiple locations if required
- Willing to be assigned to Bacoor, Dasmarias, Las Pias, Talisay, Cebu or Iloilo
