Leasing Officer (Residential)

We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Residential Leasing Officer to manage residential leasing operations, support unit owners, and deliver a seamless leasing experience for prospective tenants. In this role, you will oversee unit registrations, conduct property viewings, facilitate lease transactions and renewals, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, and maintain strong relationships with both owners and tenants. You will also contribute to marketing initiatives, market research, and leasing programs aimed at increasing occupancy and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or customer service
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
