Responsibilities
As a Leasing Officer, you will be responsible for generalizing all leasing programs and activities. Your primary goal will be to optimize area value and profitability, directly contributing to the success of our malls. This includes:
- Maximizing Occupancy: Strategically filling vacancies in assigned malls to increase overall occupancy rates.
- Tenant Strategy: Establishing and refining tenant zoning, tenant mix, and rental matrices for assigned properties.
- Revenue Generation: Hitting projected paybacks by achieving desired rental rates and optimizing revenue streams.
- Tenant Relationship Management: Overseeing all documentation for newly acquired tenants and acting as the primary leasing point person during the initial year of mall operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Property Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of proven working experience in a related field.
- Preferably 2 years specializing in property management or lease marketing at a supervisory level.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of leasing operations.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a strong ability in tenant management.
- Deep understanding of the mall/retail and real estate industry.
