About the Role
SM City Tarlac is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mall Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations and drive tenant acquisition for one of Central Luzon's premier retail destinations. This role is instrumental in shaping the mall's commercial landscape, enhancing customer experience, and delivering strong financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental revenue
- Identify and secure tenants aligned with the mall's brand and target market
- Negotiate lease terms and manage documentation, renewals, and amendments
- Maintain strong tenant relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform leasing decisions
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to support mall initiatives
- Prepare regular reports on leasing performance and market trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leasing or commercial property management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in lease documentation and real estate systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
