Leasing Manager

The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing leasing operations to meet occupancy and revenue goals for SM Supermalls. Day-to-day tasks include managing tenant relations, overseeing lease agreements, conducting market research to maintain competitive positioning, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rizal.

• Proficiency in Leases and Lease Administration
• Strong skills in Market Research to identify trends and opportunities
• Experience in Property Management, including overseeing daily operations and tenant interactions
• Expertise in Resident Retention strategies to foster positive tenant relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
• Relevant experience in leasing, real estate, or property management is highly preferred
