Job Description

The Leasing Manager will lead and manage the leasing operations of the assigned mall by implementing effective leasing strategies, optimizing tenancy mix, strengthening tenant relationships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute leasing strategies, plans, and budgets for the assigned mall.
Oversee leasing operations to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Identify and introduce new concepts and tenants to strengthen the mall's tenant mix.
Evaluate and approve leasing proposals and concept papers.
Establish tenant placement strategies for new and reconfigured spaces.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
Develop initiatives to maximize revenue-generating opportunities within the mall.
Manage lease-related concerns, including deferments, concessions, pre-terminations, and non-renewals.
Monitor tenant performance and recommend improvements to enhance mall productivity.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in commercial real estate leasing, preferably within the retail or shopping center industry.
Proven track record of negotiating and managing successful lease agreement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
