Job Description

The Lease Manager is responsible for the overall leasing strategy for their assigned mall. This includes tenants prospecting and negotiation, contracts management, tenant retention, lease turnover, and renewals.

Qualifications

Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in any Business/Management Course.
At least 5 years working experience in related field required. Prior experience with Property Lease, particularly in commercial lease, is an advantage.
