As a Leasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our leasing operations and handling significant transactions. Your responsibilities will encompass the following:
Develop and implement leasing strategies that optimize occupancy rates and rental revenues of focused projects
Lead a leasing team to effectively showcase properties to potential tenants, negotiate lease terms, and secure lease agreements
Conduct lead generation activities and strategies, assist in property ocular, negotiate terms and contracts, and provide after-sales service to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and tenants
Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to position properties attractively and remain competitive
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests to maintain tenant satisfaction and retention
Attend industry events, conferences, and local real estate association meetings to establish a strong presence and foster valuable connections within the real estate community
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams such as Marketing, IT, Leasing, and others to ensure seamless operations
Utilize data-driven insights to forecast leasing trends and identify opportunities for business enhancement and strategic directions for expedited growth of the organization
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree is an advantage)
Minimum of 5 years experience in Real Estate sales/leasing or related fields (Business Development, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, etc.)
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate a leasing team
Solid knowledge of leasing processes, market dynamics, and property valuation
Strong analytical skills; able to interpret market data and trends for strategic decisions
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal)
Customer-focused, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
Reside within Quezon City or nearby areas, or be willing to relocate or travel as needed to meet the roles location requirements
