Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key
stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all landlord
representation services.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize the revenue potential of
properties, through effective lease negotiations.
Schedule and attend meetings with developers, property owners, landowners or
building owners to come up with a mutual agreement that would be beneficial for
both parties.
Secure projects and collaborate with property owners to develop effective
strategies for leasing out their properties.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to achieve maximum
occupancy rates for projects handled.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in landlord representation services, with
a track record of success in lease negotiations, property management, and
client relationship management.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with
clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
