Key Responsibilities1. Leasing Strategy & Business Development- Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets across the commercial property portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's landlord and tenant network.
- Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and corporate occupiers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify leasing opportunities.
2. Sales & Revenue Management- Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual leasing revenue and transaction targets.
- Monitor the leasing pipeline and ensure healthy conversion rates from lead generation to deal closure.
- Review sales forecasts and implement action plans to address performance gaps.
- Oversee high-value and strategic lease negotiations.
3. Team Leadership & Performance Management- Lead, coach, and develop the Leasing Managers, Team Leaders, and Leasing Advisors.
- Ensure that each member is achieving their sales targets.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and pipeline meetings.
4. Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, developers, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
- Ensure exceptional client experience throughout the leasing process.
- Resolve complex client concerns and negotiate mutually beneficial leasing terms.
- Represent the company in networking events, property presentations, and industry forums.
5. Portfolio Management- Oversee the marketing and leasing of office, retail, industrial, warehouse, land, and mixed-use properties.
- Collaborate with landlords to understand property positioning and leasing objectives.
- Recommend strategies to improve occupancy and tenant retention.
6. Market Intelligence- Conduct regular market research on rental rates, vacancy levels, market absorption, and competitor activities.
- Prepare market reports and leasing performance analyses for senior management.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and potential investment areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 7–10 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience handling office, retail, industrial, warehouse, land, and mixed-use commercial properties.
- Strong negotiation, business development, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, financial, and presentation skills.
