Supports the Senior Leasing Manager in overseeing day-to-day leasing operations for office and residential units. Acts as the first line of review — filtering, validating, and consolidating team matters before escalation — while independently handling leasing transactions and client concerns.
Review and validate lease documents and reports prepared by the team before endorsing to immediate superior
Assess and resolve team concerns at the assistant manager level; escalate only items that require senior management decision
Consolidate leasing pipeline, occupancy reports, and team updates into a clean summary for management
Generate leads and conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective tenants
Negotiate and close lease transactions for office and residential units
Prepare and process lease contracts, renewals, and related documents
Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and coordinate move-in and move-out processes
Coordinate with PMO for fit-out approvals and unit handover
Monitor lease expiries and proactively manage renewals and tenant retention
Qualifications:
At least 8 years working experience in Leasing - Commercial and Residential preferred
Experience handling commercial office leasing transactions including negotiation, documentation, and client management
Familiarity with PEZA-registered or IT Park leasing regulations and compliance requirements
Experience managing residential unit leasing including tenant screening, lease execution, and move-in/move-out processes
Experience handling expat, foreign national, or executive-level residential tenants
