Job Description

Position Overview

Suyen Corporation is seeking an organized and proactive Leasing Assistant to support in managing the company's real estate and property portfolio. This role oversees local office and building leases, personal property rentals, overseas properties, and utility billing operations. You will serve as a key coordinator ensuring smooth administrative and operational workflows across local and international property assets.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Building Lease Administration

  • Draft, review, and organize lease agreements, renewals, and termination notices for corporate office spaces and commercial buildings.
  • Maintain an up-to-date property database tracking lease expirations, payment schedules, security deposits, and escalate critical dates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, building administrators, and commercial tenants.

Personal Property Lease Management

  • Oversee rental agreements for corporate vehicles, equipment, and residential units assigned to executives or staff.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules, inspections, and lease obligations for all non-real estate company assets.

Overseas Property Management

  • Monitor and coordinate the administration, tenancy, and maintenance of company-owned or rented properties located abroad.
  • Work alongside international property managers, brokers, and local service providers to ensure compliance with overseas regulations and timely collection/payment of fees.

Building Electricity Management & Billing

  • Track, verify, and process monthly electricity and utility bills across all corporate-managed buildings and spaces.
  • Audit utility charges against usage patterns to flag discrepancies, prevent service disruptions, and optimize operational costs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in property management, leasing administration, or real estate operations.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in lease negotiation terms, contract drafting, and financial tracking.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with cross-border partners and executive leadership.

Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and property management/ERP software.
