Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants to understand their future property requirements and address their needs effectively.
Manage the entire leasing process on behalf of both landlords and tenants, including site inspections, leasing proposals, negotiations, and finalizing lease agreements.
Conduct daily cold calls and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
Cultivate strong customer relationships to generate a substantial volume of prospective clients.
Develop and maintain an extensive database of property listings.
Record and monitor fees payable to PRIME.
Stay actively informed about the real estate market in the Philippines, ensuring a high standard of knowledge.
Proactively explore new solutions and opportunities within the real estate sector.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to contribute to the marketing strategies for leasing projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
With at least 3 years of experience in leasing management, preferably within the real estate industry.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
Based in Quezon City or willing to be relocated in Quezon City
