Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for prospective and current tenants.
  • Prepare, monitor, and maintain lease documents (Lease Offers, Contracts, PDC Schedules, Rental Rate Cards).
  • Compute and collect initial payments (Security/Utility Deposits, Advance Rentals, Construction Bonds).
  • Record contract details and payments in Billing System and Sage.
  • Ensure tenant DST payments and maintain proof of payment.
  • Keep updated listings of available properties/units.
  • Monitor and manage receipts/invoices, including reprinting and safekeeping.
  • Source and reach out to prospective tenants; conduct site visits.
  • Respond to leasing inquiries and assist tenants as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any 4-year course.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in professional correspondence.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Etc).
  • Able to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle sensitive information discreetly.
