To strategize business development processes for the company's systems for sales and leasing and to ensure the smooth operations of the system of the malls nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
STRATEGIC PLANNING
- Strategize business development for the improvement of the systems.
- Analyze proposals and researches for the enhancement of the business process and systems.
- Direct and lead the business development projects.
SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT
- Oversee the point person or SAP key user.
- Ensure that all malls are supported.
- Ensure that all concerns and issues raised from the mall are timely addressed.
- Monitor encoding of tenant billings.
RENTAL OBJECT CUSTODIAN
- Ensure all have code per unit in the mall as pre-requisite of the SAP contract.
- Monitor the creation of code to achieve the given timeline.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT CUSTODIAN
- Ensure all tenants have customer account.
- Manage the manual tracker of the accounts.
- Monitor the creation of account to achieve the given timeline.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Encompasses the tasks of recruitment, management, and providing ongoing support and direction to all the employees within the team. These tasks includes compensation, hiring, performance management, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training for overall talent development and for the best interest of the company.
- Participates as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in any training program development and/or implementation, which requires the specific technical and/or soft skills of the job to contribute in the development of talents within the organization.
Qualifications:
- At least five (5) years of experience related to Accounting, Business Management or Administration.
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Administration or any related field.
- Knowledgeable in Business Development Projects.
