Lease Services Intern (Business Ad/Financial/Legal)

Intern Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the checking of SAP extracted details vs. actual documentation
• Input correct details in the file for migration to S4/HANA
• Processing of lease contract and agreements
• Build updated repository contents in preparation for the leasing portal (base on SAP updated extracts)
• Risk assessment of existing SM tenants

At the end of the program, the interns would have a sense of fulfillment to have contributed to the overall success of the project, discover correlation of data inside SAP, familiarity as to documentary requirements for mall tenants and businesses and improve analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy. They will be able to identify business structures and set-up and know brands/concepts that thrive base on area requirement and location.
