The Lease Manager is responsible for the overall leasing strategy for their assigned mall. This includes tenants prospecting and negotiation, contracts management, tenant retention, lease turnover, and renewals.
Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in any Business/Management Course.
- At least 5 years working experience in related field required. Prior experience with Property Lease, particularly in commercial lease, is an advantage.
Work Details
- Location: Robinsons Gen. Trias
- Schedule: 5-day work week schedule (compressed); Sat-Sun rest day.
