Job Description

The Learning Specialist delivers learning programs for both drivers and head office employees, fostering operational excellence and a culture of continuous growth. Reporting to the Training Manager, this role manages and administers the Lotus LMS, develops and updates training materials, and monitors post-training performance to ensure effectiveness. The Learning Specialist works closely with HR, Recruitment, and Operations teams, supports engagement initiatives, and prepares timely end-of-day reports. Through these efforts, the role helps build a skilled and motivated workforce, directly enhancing service quality and supporting the companys business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • 23 years of experience delivering training to both frontline and office teams
  • Skilled in designing training materials (slides, guides, microlearning, etc.)
  • Familiar with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Lotus LMS)
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Good at working with HR, Operations, and other teams
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to submit daily reports
  • Flexible and proactive in finding solutions to training needs
  • Willing to travel as needed
