Role Description The Learning Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Davao, responsible for supporting employee development and performance through effective learning initiatives. Day-to-day activities include designing and delivering training programs, managing learning schedules, and coordinating with operations leaders to address skill gaps. The role involves creating instructional materials, maintaining learning records, and ensuring accurate use of learning management systems. The Learning Specialist will facilitate classroom and small-group sessions, provide coaching and feedback to learners, and evaluate training effectiveness using defined metrics. Collaboration with stakeholders to continuously improve learning content and methods is a key part of this position.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Training & Development and Instructional Design skills to create, deliver, and evaluate effective learning experiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for facilitating sessions, writing clear training materials, and engaging diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in corporate or contact center learning environments and familiarity with adult learning principles.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
