About the Role
Responsible for creating innovative and engaging learning experiences tailored to the
needs of diverse audience will need to leverage expertise in instructional design,
educational technology, and adult learning principles and collaborate with SMEs to
develop impactful learning solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Instructional Design
- Create engaging and effective instructional materials such as presentation decks, handouts, interactive modules, etc
- Write clear, concise, and learner-friendly instructional text, audio
scripts/video scripts
UX Design
- Bring content to life and translate human emotions into engaging learning experiences (regardless of the learning modality)
- Determine information architecture and create sitemaps
- Create prototypes and wireframes
- Conduct usability testing
Content Design
- Determine the variety of content that needs to be sourced based on identified learners needs
- Upload accurate documents and/or source files to the internal content library as per established guidelines
Data Analysis
- Take part in user research in order to understand the target audience
- Collaborate with design teams to leverage data analysis results in developing and/or improving learning solutions
Project Management
- Report achievements and risks to project leads
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Degree: Bachelor's Degree
- Fields of Study: Psychology, IT, Business Management, or Education
- Industry: Learning and Development
- Years of Experience: At least 2 years experience in tasks related to training, learning, or human development New graduates can be considered with OJT experience in learning and development or learning analytics
- Technical Skills: MS Office
- Certifications / Licenses: Not required but preferred to have certification in Instructional Design, UX design, or Project Management
