The Learning Ecosystem Product Manager (LXP Governance & Intake Lead) is charged with maintaining and growing Micron's enterprise learning ecosystem. The role involves careful intake management, prioritization, and governance through the Learning Experience Platform (LXP), used as the principal interface.

You will work at the intersection of product management, governance, and enterprise learning systems. You will craft how demand is managed, decisions are made, and how the ecosystem evolves in a controlled, purposeful way.

This is not a traditional learning role. It is a system control and orchestration role, passionate about ensuring the learning ecosystem scales through structured, enterprise-aligned decisions.

Responsibilities

You will bring rigor to demand, clarity to decisions, and alignment across collaborators, ensuring that Micron's learning ecosystem evolves as a coherent, scalable, and high-impact system. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Define and manage the enterprise LXP intake approach as a single, centralized entry point for all platform and ecosystem demand

  • Establish and enforce standards for what constitutes a high-quality request

  • Lead intake triage and qualification to ensure requests align to enterprise ecosystem priorities

  • Maintain access to all incoming demand and ensure consistent evaluation across partners

  • Manage the enterprise LXP backlog and prioritization process as the control mechanism for ecosystem evolution

  • Convert demand into a structured, sequenced roadmap and release plan aligned to enterprise learning, skills, and career priorities

  • Drive a predictable release cadence with clear communication to collaborators

  • Balance competing priorities across platform improvements, integrations, and ecosystem experience improvements

  • Define and uphold integration eligibility criteria, ensuring alignment with enterprise learning, skills, and career architecture

  • Evaluate and approve or reject requests based on enterprise value, ecosystem coherence, and long-term sustainability

  • Serve as the central point to avoid duplication, fragmentation, and misalignment throughout the ecosystem

  • Guarantee all modifications preserve system integrity and conform to enterprise standards

  • Build and run governance forums, including intake reviews and prioritization boards

  • Establish governance artifacts such as intake templates, backlog tracking, decision logs, and status reporting

  • Drive clarity in decision-making, including ownership, rationale, and communication

  • Ensure transparency of priorities, trade-offs, and delivery timelines across collaborators

  • Ensure that all platform and intake decisions support and correspond with the broader learning ecosystem

  • Translate ecosystem needs into system-ready decisions

  • Act as a key orchestration point across collaborators to ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and system enablement

  • Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising good judgment and aligning with organizational standards and legal requirements

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled improvements within one's scope of work

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience managing products, platforms, or enterprise systems through an organized, user-centered method

  • Strong capability in governance build, prioritization frameworks, and backlog management

  • Experience managing competing collaborator demands and making trade-off decisions in complex environments

  • Proven ability to operate across multiple collaborators (business, IT, and functional teams) and drive alignment without direct authority

  • Strong systems thinking, with the ability to connect platform decisions to broader business and talent outcomes

  • Work with a high degree of independence and responsibility in an international setting

  • Ability to apply baseline digital proficiency and role-appropriate AI literacy. Use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years in product management, program management, enterprise platforms, or governance roles

  • Experience working within an international corporate setting preferred

  • Experience with LXP ecosystems, digital platforms, or enterprise system rollouts strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with portfolio management, intake models, and release governance practices

  • Experience working across HR, workforce development, or talent systems is considered beneficial (but not required)

This opportunity suits a product-minded operator who functions as the control layer for a complex, multi-system ecosystem. The role balances speed with governance and fosters capability building on an enterprise scale. Join us and help invent the future of learning at Micron!
