Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis and identify skill gaps.
  • Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended programs for employees and leaders.
  • Partner with operations to align learning with business goals.
  • Provide post-training feedback, coaching, and reinforcement.
  • Support leadership development and succession initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven L&D/Training experience in BPO/shared services.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and operational knowledge.
  • Experience in leadership development and post-training evaluation.

Work Setup

  • Onsite, with occasional hybrid/virtual facilitation.
