As a Learning & Development Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy. This role is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful relationships and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and stakeholders, delivering quality outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize effective learning solutions
  • Utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track and report on training progress
  • Developing presentations and learner journey designs to facilitate engaging learning experiences
  • Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in training initiatives
  • Managing stakeholder communications to align training objectives with organizational goals
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization
  • Navigating complex situations to anticipate the needs of teams and deliver quality learning solutions
  • Upholding professional and technical standards in all training and development activities

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
