Job Description
Assist in Preparing Learning Materials
- Help create or format slides, handouts, and simple guides
- Organize content provided by the team
Support Training Sessions
- Assist with invites, attendance tracking, and coordination
- Ensure materials and links are ready before sessions
Help Track Learning Data & Support Automation (Power BI & Power Automate)
- Assist in preparing and organizing learning data (e.g., attendance, completion lists)
- Help update and check data used in Power BI dashboards
- Support basic review of dashboards to ensure data accuracy
- Assist in simple automation tasks using Power Automate (e.g., notifications, updating trackers)
Help monitor automated processes and report issues
Curate Learning Resources
- Search for relevant courses (e.g., from LinkedIn Learning)
- Organize links and materials for easy access
Conduct Basic Research
- Look up topics or trends related to learning and development
- Summarize findings into short, clear notes
Qualifications
- Required / mandated by the school to take OJT.
- Strong interest in banking, digitalization, process improvement, and innovation
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable using digital tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment
- Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to digital transformation initiatives in banking
- Currently a fourth year college (graduating student)
