Learning & Development Intern

Join Maya's People Group as a Learning & Development Intern and help shape meaningful onboarding and learning experiences for game-changers—while gaining hands-on exposure to the following key areas:

• Learning Experience Delivery: Support the facilitation and execution of onboarding (e.g., Blast Off) and key learning programs—ensuring sessions run smoothly and create engaging participant experiences
• Program Coordination and Enablement: Work closely with the L&D team to operationalize programs—from scheduling and logistics to preparing materials and ensuring everything is in place for seamless delivery
• Learning Insights and Continuous Improvement: Help track participation, document outcomes, and organize feedback to identify opportunities for improving learning programs and overall learner experience

What we're looking for

• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Amenable to a hybrid work setup, with on-site presence required during onboarding sessions and major learning programs
• Interest in Learning & Development, HR, or People Operations
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Psychology, Behavioral Science, Education, or any related field

Nice to have

• Experience in events or program coordination
• Basic skills in video editing, content creation, or technical tools (optional but a plus)
