Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of engaging training content for call centre teams, with a strong focus on AI-powered learning solutions.
  • Manage AI simulation training projects from planning to implementation, ensuring successful adoption and measurable results.
  • Create learning materials (audio, video, simulations, guides) and apply proven instructional design methods to build effective, learner-centred content.
  • Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to identify training needs and align solutions with business goals.
  • Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure learning impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support LMS implementation, maintenance, and blended learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, multimedia, LMS) to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and documentation while maintaining quality and consistency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in a dedicated Learning & Development role with a strong focus on instructional design. (BPO/Call center experience is highly preferred)
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content deployment.
  • Amenable to work onsite mainly in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City and in different sites of Probe CX
