Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of engaging training content for call centre teams, with a strong focus on AI-powered learning solutions.
Manage AI simulation training projects from planning to implementation, ensuring successful adoption and measurable results.
Create learning materials (audio, video, simulations, guides) and apply proven instructional design methods to build effective, learner-centred content.
Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to identify training needs and align solutions with business goals.
Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure learning impact and drive continuous improvement.
Support LMS implementation, maintenance, and blended learning initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, multimedia, LMS) to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Manage multiple projects, timelines, and documentation while maintaining quality and consistency.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in a dedicated Learning & Development role with a strong focus on instructional design. (BPO/Call center experience is highly preferred)
