Learning & Development Senior (HR)

Location: Makati

Work Setup: Hybrid

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Description

The Learning & Development Specialist supports the Firm's learning and talent development initiatives. The role assists the L&D Manager in designing, delivering, and implementing training programs across face-to-face, virtual, and eLearning formats.

The position requires a solid understanding of the end-to-end training lifecycle, adult learning principles, 70-20-10 learning models, and learning technologies. The specialist also contributes to improving existing programs, recommending new learning topics, and supporting knowledge management initiatives to strengthen firm-wide capability.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with divisional learning coordinators and stakeholders to implement training and development programs
  • Liaise with internal subject matter experts for training requirements and facilitation support
  • Align with training coordinators on mandatory, technical, and professional development programs, including schedules, participants, and program details
  • Create visual and multimedia learning materials using Canva and video editing tools
  • Send training invitations, reminders, and communications to participants and facilitators
  • Prepare and maintain training reports such as attendance summaries, evaluation results, CPD tracking, and dashboards
  • Consolidate and present training evaluation reports for L&D leadership and stakeholders
  • Maintain and update learning portals, intranet pages, and knowledge management content
  • Support the full training cycle from needs assessment to program design, delivery, and evaluation
  • Deliver or co-facilitate training sessions (in-person, virtual, or eLearning) as assigned
  • Manage assigned learning projects and coordinate with various business units and stakeholders

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • At least 3 years of total experience, with at least 1 year in Learning & Development
  • Experience supporting training delivery, workshops, and professional development programs
  • Experience in facilitation and presentation
