Job Description
Analytical Thinking and Decision Making
Conducts cause & effect analysis in a systematic, step-by-step manner
Identifies key issues, assesses problems and opportunities and makes logical conclusions that are relevant to the decision-making process
Execution Excellence
Plans, organizes, implements and manages the work defined to meet goals, deadlines and commitments.
Learning Design & Development
Knowledgeable of learning concepts, principles, and practices and its applicability and relevance to stakeholders. Understands the interdependencies of conceptualizing, creating development plans and evaluating its effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze performance gaps and conduct root cause analysis to identify capability needs across assigned channels.
- Design and develop competency-based learning programs, curricula, and learning paths aligned with business priorities.
- Plan and execute training initiatives, ensuring effective program rollout and resource coordination.
- Facilitate training sessions across various learning platforms (LMS, Classroom, VILT, and On-the-Job).
- Monitor learner progress and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes.
- Recommend improvements to learning programs based on insights gathered from store/field immersion and operational data.
- Collaborate with channel leaders and stakeholders to align learning interventions with performance goals.
