Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

A. Instructional Design

- Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), and blended learning solutions.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze training needs and create effective learning objectives.

- Create storyboards, scripts, and detailed instructional design documents.

- Use design and development tools such as Articulate 360 or Canva to build training content.

- Review and revise existing training materials to ensure they align with current best practices and organizational needs.

- Conduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.

- Ensure all learning materials adhere to accessibility and usability standards.

- Maintain project timelines and ensure timely delivery of training materials.

B. LMS Administration

LMS Administration:

- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring proper uploading of training courses and content.

- Manage user accounts, enrollments, and learner groups.

- Monitor and track learner progress, providing reports and analytics on training completion and performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS platform.

- Ensure that the LMS is up-to-date with the latest features, and manage platform integrations with other software.

- Provide support and training for staff and users on how to navigate and utilize the LMS effectively.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate 360, Canva (for graphic design and content creation), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and SMEs.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
