Job Summary

The Learning Delivery Associate (LDA) executes and coordinates training programs for store crew, crew leaders, franchisees, and FSD internal employees across the assigned area or region. This role is accountable for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of every training interaction — from facilitation and on-site coaching to records management and franchisee coordination — under the guidance of the Learning and Delivery Specialist.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitates BSOT, product knowledge, service standards, and role-specific training modules for store crew, crew leaders, franchisees, and FSD internal staff — following approved content and delivery guidelines.
  • Applies adult learning principles (ALP) in all delivery contexts; adjusts methods based on real-time learner response and session context.
  • Assists in identifying training needs at the store level through structured observation and feedback; consolidates and communicates findings to the Learning and Delivery Specialist.
  • Conducts scheduled store visits at the frequency defined by the Learning and Delivery Specialist to assess crew performance, product quality, and compliance with operational standards.
  • Provides direct, structured coaching to crew members during store visits on product preparation, service standards, and identified improvement areas.
  • Acts as first point of contact for crew and product-related concerns during store support and business review sessions; escalates complex issues to the Learning and Delivery Specialist as needed.
  • Supports franchisees during new store openings by delivering pre-opening training and verifying store readiness against operational checklists.
  • Partners with franchisees and Area Business Development Managers (ABDMs) to identify crew development needs in the assigned area; recommends appropriate training solutions to the Learning and Delivery Specialist.
  • Coordinates with the Learning and Delivery Specialist to align franchisee training schedules, materials, and session logistics ahead of each session.

Job Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's / College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any Business course.
  • At least one (1) year of work experience in Training and Development or a related HR function.
  • At least one (1) year of work experience in the food service or quick service restaurant (QSR) industry.
  • Experience in a fast food chain or franchise environment is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Willing to do Field Work
