As a Learning Compliance Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge within our Talent and Development team. You will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, anticipate the needs of your teams, and deliver quality work. Embracing ambiguity, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas, while mentoring others and maintaining professional standards.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be part of our Internal Firm Services practice, contributing to the firm's strategy by enhancing employee capabilities and aligning training initiatives with market developments. Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize effective learning solutions

- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand and address their learning and development needs
- Managing and inspiring teams to achieve learning objectives and deliver quality outcomes
- Navigating complex situations to develop and implement strategic learning solutions
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all learning and development initiatives
- Developing a deeper understanding of the business context and adapting learning strategies accordingly
- Using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas
- Assist in tracking compliance with required learning (e.g., onboarding curricula, role-based training, and upskilling) through routine monitoring and reporting
- Support maintenance and organization of audit-ready learning evidence such as LMS reports, attendance records, communications, and completion attestations
- Help track remediation progress on learning control issues and audit observations, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Understanding of compliance controls, audit-ready evidence requirements, and basic testing concepts
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills to escalate issues and provide updates
- At least one of the following: Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR)
